Earl Leatherwood and Sharon have three children, six grandchildren, and two great grads. They are retired and live in Lubbock, Texas. Earl has always found joy through the talents the Lord has given him. He has written gospel music and has sung so many of the old gospel songs as a music director for several Baptist churches. He has made a gospel CD called "Homesick for Heaven". He has also written three faith-based books: "Tornado Over Iowa", "New Life in Iowa", a sequel to "Tornado Over Iowa", and "What a Difference Love Makes". His writing has been a joy to him and his family as he brings out the need for Jesus to be in everyone's life. Earl's desire is to express the God-given hope in loving the Lord and knowing Him personally.
