Since 1997, Erika has led
and executed countless senior searches helping her clients in emerging technology,
digital/social/media, marketing, advertising, market research, promotions,
consumer packaged goods and luxury/lifestyle companies grow with game changing
talent. eTeam’s clients include: Rolex,
Chopard, Campbell Soup, Ogilvy, In Marketing, George P. Johnson, Omnicom,
Havas, IRI, Nielsen, BLiNQ Media and Criteo.
Prior to search, Erika enjoyed
a successful entrepreneurial career in media, promotional marketing and unique
service companies. Always the consummate entrepreneur, Erika founded two companies
early in her career: Corporate Concierge, a company producing corporate events
and promotions with a unique emphasis on concierge services; and TECO Creations
importers of ad specialty items from the Far East.
Erika is passionate about
