This introduction is to tell in-part the end from the beginning.  Is it rude to tell the tale of where man’s heart can be found throughout the experiences of life?  Is it unkind to point out that mankind on their throne of intellect has many times overlooked the important reasons that we are all alive?  If it is, I must confess that all that is contained herein are the results of forgetting the past, and too often the present unclaimed desires of our hearts.  I merely want to steer our thoughts toward the light of remembrance of who we really are supposed to be and act accordingly.  Some may call it our conscience, some the love of God, whatever you call this inborn gift of universal attributes, no one can escape them, though some try to bury them.  We need to listen to our hearts with real intent or we might have a continuation of the travesty due to our own neglect.  It is a long history from the earliest beginning of the human family.

What is wrong with the twelve key elements of economics and it’s approximate 61 postulates, theorems, and assumptions?  (See Table 1).  If we take just a slice of history, a history that repeats itself, the results are enough to prove the failure of economics as it only benefits a small percent of the whole of humanity.  For example, in the past 11 years in the USA there is no empirical evidence of economic laws and regulations having value for nearly “80%”[i]  of the people of the United States.

In some form or another there has always been formally or informally a Law of Economics.  It always results in class, cast, haves and have nots with the individuals that do the work used as slaves, indentured servants, peasants, surfs, or the lower and middle classes.  Our new infatuation with Neo-Feudalism, despite our seemingly blatant blindness to its effects, is driving a wedge to exacerbate the problems of class divides which is spawning civil unrest.  This is being met with an equally destructive alternative of sameness hiding under a cloak of socialism, purported equality calling itself democracy.  Money and power grabber ideas by the few wanting it all their way and the rest of us under their control.  Do not stop here thinking all is well in the USA, as you possibly might not have considered the facts of the travesty being played out here and now with more trouble in the making.

Conversely, the laws of goodness and happiness, to which I refer to as universal laws or attributes, have empirical evidence of those laws’ implementation, neglect, or duplicitous use, all in plain sight.  There is no variation from the start of man to the present.  Science or religion’s accomplishments are largely a result of living by these laws. Their effect in many discoveries sanctions the results to be in humanities best interest.  Without these attributes nothing good can come from science or religion.  Findings or claims in either science or religion opposing the best interests of humanity will come, despite the finding’s short-term appeal, to the eventual enslavement of mankind, not in the best interests of humanity.

His passion is to get out his ideas which he and many others believe, which includes most every working American ascribing to the need of fairness, but we do not get traction in changing lives for the better with our views.  In a time when collectively we have blessed so few with the abundance, we have all worked for and provided, but most without proper compensation.  The results of economics, from Adam (and even Adam Smith) to the present, fail the vast population of the world.  The failure of humanity, governments, etc.  to resolve these issues without the application of goodness, kindness, and fairness is unconscionable.  The collateral effects of not believing in or applying goodness, kindness, and fairness has deepened the divides in most aspects of our lives, especially the application of economic principals.  Humanities inability to see the interdependence of our personal care for each other sanctions hatred and greed and will lead us to a destruction of our own making.  But to make the change it would require a paradigm shift of such magnitude (for both Democrats and Republicans) that most are not willing to make, but it would resolve mankind’s problems.  If it were not for selfishness and greed mingled with both parties need to find common ground holding us back that is destroying the constitution and every thing the founding fathers, in theory, intended to do.

Examples from history’s earliest beginnings can display the problem of economics with its premise to serve only one’s own self-interests.  Despite our claims and declarations of standing on higher moral grounds, we fail miserably at being our brother’s keeper.
