The author began a music career in early 1960's and for the next two decades performed and recorded meeting several high profile artists and groups. The author performed with the Cascades V from the mid to the late 1960's and published the book The Cascades V which is a partial compilation of history and biographies from the era. The Cascades V were inducted into the South Dakota Rock and Roll Associations, Hall of Fame on April 13, 2019.
