I have traveled to 34 countries in 5 continents and one of the most obvious is the rule of law. How much emphasis some countries place on it and how little other countries consider the importance. As a practitioner of international law, I believe it is important to support democracy and rule of law at every level. Engaging citizens would create an opportunity for everyone to be part of the democratic process, preserve our constitution and quality of life. There is no greater reward than working to ensure and support the rule of law.
