Erin Monast is a wife, mom, and passionate advocate for inclusion. A proud Chester County, Pennsylvania native, Erin draws strength and inspiration from her experience as a parent to a child with multiple disabilities. Her personal journey fuels her commitment to uplifting and educating others through storytelling that fosters understanding, celebrates differences, and helps build a more inclusive world for children of all abilities.
Erin is the founder of the Rea of Hope for a Cure Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and connecting families like hers—those raising children with epilepsy and neurological disorders across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania.
In addition to her advocacy work, Erin serves as a youth cheer coach. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and getting lost in a good book.
