Elizabeth Crowens 

Over 25 years in the entertainment industry, member of the International Cinematographers Guild IATSE 600 for Still Photography (Imdb.com credited as Sheri Lane) in over 50 independent features and 25 television shows, former photo editor and photojournalist. 

Writing credits include Black Belt and Black Gate magazines, stories in the Hell’s Heart and the Bram Stoker Award-nominated anthology, A New York State of Fright, and three alternate history novels in the Time Traveler Professor series: Silent Meridian, A Pocketful of Lodestones, and A War in Too Many Worlds. She also writes in the Hollywood mystery genre. 

Recipient of the 2021 City Artist Corps Grant to publish this book and the 2020 Leo B. Burstein/Mystery Writers of America - NY Chapter Scholarship. Winner of four First Prize Chanticleer Review Awards (Mark Twain, Chatelaine, Goethe, and Paranormal) and many finalist placements. Honorable Mention in the Glimmer Train Awards. 

Recipient of a Ford Foundation grant in photography and First Prize winner of the Mademoiselle magazine College Photography Competition. First Prize for cover design for the 2001 International Cinematographers Guild Membership Directory.
