Dwayne, originally hailing from Florida, is the eldest of five children from a single-parent household, which has significantly contributed to his resilience and sense of responsibility. His life experiences have fueled his passion for coaching and mentoring.
As a recognized thought leader and motivational coach, Dwayne possesses a Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Business and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, both obtained from Full Sail University. He also holds the position of President Emeritus of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars at the same institution. Currently, Dwayne is pursuing a PhD in Advanced Human Behavior.
Currently, Dwayne serves as the Director of Culture at Belmont Charter High School. His mission is to equip individuals with essential life skills and coping strategies, aiming to create a meaningful impact. He is dedicated to empowering students and is a seasoned public speaker who provides professional development courses for various organizations.
In 2020, he founded "A Human. Being!"—a company dedicated to coaching for self-improvement and personal development.
