Deborah Barchi is a retired librarian. She lives in a little gray house surrounded by a tangled garden at the edge of a reservoir woodland where she observes a rich variety of plants and animals throughout the seasons.
She writes poetry, essays, and memoirs on a wide range of topics, including wild birds, childhood, cats, and musings and observations about the natural world.
