Dr. Daryl Simon Petree was born (June 8, 1970) in Muncie, Indiana. He is the son and the grandson of Pentecostal ministers. He was radically born again at the tender age of eight. He was called into the ministry as a boy in 1980, then preached his first sermon at the age of ten. In 1988, he entered into full-time ministry at the age of eighteen. He has ministered in over sixty countries, and has appeared on various TV networks over two hundred countries.
He has served as an international evangelist, short term missionary, associate Pastor and lead Pastor. He has pioneered two churches and has worked as a church revitalization leader. He also travels as a revival and conference speaker and musical guest.
He has written hundreds of songs and has produced over fifteen musical projects which have been featured around the world. He is a Bishop in the Church of God, Cleveland, TN. He currently serves as both a local Pastor and Adjunct Professor of Theology.
