David Schuman has been a leader for the last 35 years. He was a scholarship athlete at the University of Connecticut, where he started and starred on the football team and was a 3x letter winner. In high school, he was captain of the football team and track team and was a 12x letter winner, one of the top athletes in New Jersey. David has his BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut. He has his MBA in Management of Technology from UCONN and 27 credits completed in the Masters of Education program from Columbia University. David has been the CEO and founder of Schuman Enterprises for the past 20 years, including founding NUC Sports, the largest program in the United States serving High School and Youth athletes in their athletic development, exposure, and recruitment for college. He has served as the founder of Inspired Athletes Sports Agency which represented NFL athletes from 2015-2020. He has also launched Boardwalk Sports, which helps athletes in multiple sports looking to compete. David served as a football coach at the High School level for 19 years, including 12 years as head coach. He coached teams to 3 state championships, two as an assistant and one as a head coach, and won a state championship in 2007. He led the first Co-Op High School football program in the United States to the State Championship game. His company was named among Inc 5000 fastest growing companies. He was named Coach of the Year twice in football. He is a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Team Member, Speaker, and Coach. He was a Certified NFLPA agent, a former member of EO, and a member of the NJFCA and AFCA. David enjoys providing athletes the opportunity to live out their dreams. He is a business leader who has generated over 25 million in sales, led thousands of leaders in his programs, and continues to make a difference in athletes looking to succeed.
