Jenna Behrens is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Child Therapist. Jenna recognized the need for this unique journal after working with so many young children who were already struggling with frequent unhappiness and negative thinking. Jenna knows that practicing gratitude as well as recognizing and practicing positive affirmations are two of the most effective skills people of all ages can use to not only decrease sadness and negative thinking but also increase resiliency and promote lasting happiness.
Jenna lives in Mequon, Wisconsin with her husband and two young children. Jenna's daughter is beginning to write which solidified the importance of creating this journal.
