Chef Renée has been cooking for over 27 years. She is passionate about food, nutrition, gardening and travel. When she's not cooking she can be found researching industry trends, exploring different cultures of food and food history or relaxing with a good book. She films a cooking show in Connecticut where she and her husband of 30 years reside. She owns a catering business, Simply Chef Renée Catering, and is very involved in charitable organizations.
