Author Info

Chef Hancock, affectionately called “Chef”, is originally from St. Louis. He learned to cook from his Grandmother and his Aunt. Chef is an Alumni of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, and former Executive Chef of country clubs, Excess Lounge, and the former owner of A-1 Wings and More in North Georgia. Now having been cooking for over a decade, Chef has his sights on taking over the food truck industry, bringing his addictively delicious southern cuisine to share menu space with the oh-so delicious pita pockets of No Bun Intended food truck. Celebrity Chef Hancock has cooked for some big names in the entertainment industry, including the beautiful Wanda D, Frida Payne, Stevie Wonder, T.I., Rick Ross, Trey Songs, and many more. He currently owns a catering company, Miss Hattie’s Southern Cafe & Catering, named after his lovely grandmother. Most recently, he was part of an international cooking competition: Carla Hall Presents Favorite Chef, where all proceeds went to the James Beard Foundation.
Chef owns several other businesses through-out the Atlanta, CA, St. Louis, Chicago, and New York areas. He feels that his grandmother’s love can heal the world, so he puts every ounce of love into his food, and shares it with as many people as possible, to spread as much love as possible. Chef’s philosophy of “Everybody Eats” is an approach that guides not just his
business, but his heart and his mind. He loves to give back to his community and he is looking forward to offering our food internationally.
