Chef Hancock, affectionately known as “Chef,” is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, where his passion for cooking was inspired by his beloved grandmother and aunt. A proud Alumni of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Chef Hancock has built an impressive culinary career spanning over a decade. Throughout his journey, he has served as Executive Chef for prestigious country clubs, the renowned Xscess Lounge, and was formerly the owner of A-1 Wings and More in North Georgia.


Today, Chef Hancock continues to expand his culinary empire through Miss Hattie’s Southern Cafe & Catering, a company lovingly named after his grandmother, whose spirit and love continue to inspire every dish he creates. Known for his flavorful Southern cuisine and signature philosophy, “Everybody Eats,” Chef Hancock believes food has the power to heal, unite, and bring love to communities around the world.


Celebrity Chef Hancock has prepared meals for many notable figures in entertainment, including Wanda Dee, Freda Payne, Stevie Wonder, T.I., Rick Ross, Trey Songz, and many others. His culinary talents and entrepreneurial vision have also extended into the food truck industry, where he plans to bring his addictively delicious Southern flavors nationwide alongside the popular pita pocket concept, No Bun Intended.


Beyond the culinary world, Chef Hancock is a successful entrepreneur with businesses operating throughout Atlanta, California, St. Louis, Chicago, and New York. He is also the founder of Eklipse Worldwide TV, a growing media platform supporting independent filmmakers, producers, podcasters, and creatives globally.


Most recently, Chef Hancock competed in the international culinary competition Carla Hall Presents Favorite Chef, supporting the James Beard Foundation. In 2024, he released his internationally recognized cookbook, Celebrity Chef Hancock Cook Book, further cementing his impact in the culinary industry.
