Mike Anderson has over 25 years experience in business development, education, marketing and sales coaching. He has undergraduate degrees in Art and Education, and a MBA with an emphasis in marketing and technology.

He is the author of CAPTIVATE Sales Coaching for real estate agents and loan officers. He is also the Chief Marketing Officer for Intercap Lending, based out of Draper, Utah.

Mike is married with four children. His wife of nearly 30 years is a ceramic artist and teacher. Their three oldest children are in college with one still at home.
