Who Am I?
I am a Certified Life Coach, a retired Registered Nurse for 25 years, a mother of four awesome grown kids and the step-mom to two wonderful grown sons.
I am also a grandmother to 14 beautiful grandchildren.
I have been married to my wonderful husband for 26 years who is a 26 Year USAF veteran. I am a proud member of The Daughters of the American Revolution.
I am also a proud daughter of a United States State Department Diplomat who took our family with him to the Middle East and Europe from the time I was 11 years old until I graduated from high school at 17 years old. He is my hero, this book is about him.
So what made me go into nursing?
What made me volunteer with NATO & AAFES
and serve in Bosnia, Croatia and Hungary?
Where did I get the courage to know how to care for my son
diagnosed with cancer at three years old?
As the daughter of a U.S. Diplomat serving at the American Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon during the 1967 six-day Arab-Israeli war when our family was evacuated, my father taught me courage, veracity, and how to be courageous and brave from example.
And now... I am a Life Coach to help my clients figure life out
