Anna Johnston Heinauer is a health coach, yoga instructor, and well-being advocate. Through the world of imagination, Anna aims to bring healthy habits to every home. This is her first children's book. Anna lives in Buena Vista, Colorado with her husband, Adam, and their pup Ash. She and Adam own and operate the Lettucehead Food Company, a local grocery store focused on healthy food offerings and organic produce.
