William and Deborah Shooter are the founders of Off Campus Education and Publishing.
For many years we have been deeply interested in the youth and young adult (teens to mid-twenties), due to our work with first time drivers and driver improvement. That was how the first and second edition of Drugs and Alcohol 101 came into print. Research is ongoing for future editions of the drugs and alcohol theme.
