Villeroy Tah was born in Bamenda-Cameroon. Together with her husband, they have four children. Villeroy started her career in the healthcare industry as a Certified Nurse Aide to a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and a Registered Nurse. She attended MassBay Community College, Salem State College (BSN), Worcester State University (MSN), and Elms College (DNP). Villeroy's quest for knowledge, skills and better patient care was a driving force for advancemwnt in her career from being a staff Nurse, to beciming a Supervisor, Manager, and  Director of Nursing services. Villeroy worked with Department of Public Health as a Surveyor for Health Care Facilities across the Common Wealth of Massachusetts. As a Faculty staff, Villeroy is passionate about educating novice nurses in ways that impact the nursing practice as a whole. Villeroy is a devoted Public Health Nurse who engages in advocacy work that seeks patient safety, health equity, and justice for all accessing the healthcare system.
