Blogger, author, activist, giver of relationship advice, Tracy Shields has written extensively on the topic of love addiction and recovery since 2008, appeared in the documentary Love Addict, by Pernille Rose Grønkjær and is the author of, Girl Rebuilt: advice on how to ditch Mr. Unavailable and become the girl of your dreams. She graduated with high honors from Rutgers University, with a degree in English Literature and Journalism, and is a Phi Beta Kappa. She has a loving husband, four children and a dog named Mae.
