Tina Clough grew up in Sweden and lives in Napier, New Zealand. She alternates between translating/editing medical research papers, looking after her free-range hens and mowing the large field she calls ‘the lawn’. Occasionally she gets time to spend a day writing. Tina's first book was The Girl Who Lived Twice (2013), followed by Running Towards Danger (2015). Both are crime novels that concentrate on people who accidentally get involved in somethings criminal, how it affects their lives and how they learn to cope with danger and threat. Since 2017 the three books in the Hunter Grant Series have come out: The Chinese Proverb - book 1, One Single Thing - book 2, and in May 2021 Folded - Hunter Grant Series book 3. Hunter Grant, ex-army and with a pragmatic view of justice, has been called New Zealand's own Jack Reacher by reviewers. " />
