I’m a self-proclaimed, modern-day Renaissance woman, always seeking out my next greatest endeavor. A former school teacher, my passions lie in creativity and empathy towards others. I currently teach yoga full time, as well as sing and perform improv in my community.

The idea to publish the Sick AF! Adult Activity Workbook is inspired by my own down-in-the-dumps experiences being stuck, sick in bed. It is my “cheer up” project for anyone stuck, sick in bed, needing a little pick-me-up and a smile.
