Robert Clayborn Jr. 42, with 20+ years of work experience, 11+ years in warehousing, 13+ years in the trucking industry, he discovered toxic environments (hostility between management and employees) is common which often negatively impacts the morale in the workplace.
Furthermore, due to the effects of low standards in the workplace, the root cause is either the company doesn't have a standard, fail to set and/or effectively communicate the standard, the lack of self-accountability to demonstrate the standard, and others not being held accountable to uphold the standard developed in him the burning desire for change so others would no longer have to experience what has always plagued companies culture.
Therefore, his mission is to develop a Healthy, Growing, and Productive work environment through creating peace and harmony between management and employees in the workplace.
