Monichia Beal is the Founder and CEO of Finesse Creations out of Atlanta, GA. The company started the movement womennworkboots that runs a commercial cleaning service, commercial lawn service, and mentoring service. With positivity as her main tool she strives in building up the youth and encouraging women in her community. Monichia spends her days off working in Corporate America's demanding food industry.
