Unlike chapter-books, gamebooks let the reader take multiple, small adventures that lead to different choices and different endings throughout. Every few pages, there are activities, pathways, decisions that are left up to the reader. You’ll be flipping back and forth throughout the book, never knowing when one adventure may end.
