Don Fergusson is the former president of Rust-Oleum Corporation, grandson of the sea captain who invented the fish-oil based paint and founded the company in 1921. Fergusson earned business degrees from the College of William & Mary in Virginia and Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a Masters in Spiritual Psychology with a concentration in Consciousness, Health, and Healing, from the University of Santa Monica. A long-time member of the Young Presidents Organization, he was a forum facilitator, life coach, and led couples retreats.
