E.A. Kennedy is CEO of Avenir Holdings Pte Ltd, a global business transformation company, based in Singapore. She is also Founder of Isle Of Us Productions Pte Ltd, focused on the development of human potential. With both Irish and Swiss nationalities, she has lived and worked in several countries across Europe and Asia-Pacific, as well as working on business transformation assignments across the U.S. Her international exposure has led her to develop an insatiable curiosity about the meaning of life, why we are here and how we can make the most of ourselves - and help others develop their talents - along the way. She is regularly invited to speak and moderate at global business conferences and has worked with many organizations across the globe, running talent development workshops for more than 1000 executives. She was co-chair and moderator for the Global Women's Forum for the Economy and Society's inaugural conference in China, attended by more than 700 international and local participants. She has an MBA from Edinburgh Business School (UK) and a Diploma in International Business from INSEAD Business School, France. In addition to 'Rebooting Humanity' (2017) E.A. Kennedy has also authored: 'Smart Management; for ambitious young managers', which has recently been translated into Mandarin Chinese.
