Papa Thom is the nom de plume of Dr Thom E Lobe, an Internationally recognized Pediatric Surgeon for his pioneering work. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Dr Lobe now lives in Chicago with his wife and two Tootsie and Oreo who appear in his books.
