Aprille Pappas is a life-long cook and the author of a new cook book, OATMEAL UNHINGED, or as she calls it, an activity book.  Having enjoyed hot oatmeal for most of her life, Aprille was challenged with keeping her "everyday" oatmeal interesting by experimenting with unlikely toppings and unusual flavor pairings. The resulting recipes were good enough to share in a beautiful, easy to use cook book..  

OATMEAL UNHINGED exemplifies Aprille's communication skills from years of corporate positions and a diverse professional history, including owning and running three businesses, writing a television show, and holding a successful career as a television broadcaster.  Aprille's vivacious personality shines through in this book, especially in the random bits of whimsy, the bright bold colors in her original photography, and the attention to detail of the recipes and chapters.

Aprille resides in Florida with her husband and Golden Retriever and enjoys tennis and spoiling her grandchildren.
