Neal Woodson is a leadership and customer service/customer
experience expert, writer, coach, teacher, and self-proclaimed crusader on a
mission to end the misery that infects so many lives in today’s workplaces and
customer spaces. He has 35 years of experience across a range of environments,
including restaurants, retail, education, and over 20 years in the event
technology industry where he helps managers and line-level team members
collaborate in driving service excellence.
He has earned invitations to speak, teach, and coach in a
multitude of settings with a variety of audiences from executives to warehouse
workers to college students. His areas of expertise include customer and
employee experience optimization, leadership development, culture change,
coaching, and training.
He enjoys golf, travel, good food and drink, watching
various sports, experiencing art, music, dance, theater, and movies, and
volunteering in service of his local homeless community. He lives in Baltimore,
