Nadine Owens Burton has been a university administrator in admissions and student affairs, a teacher, a Head Start director in a community action agency, an executive director of a state-wide association, a non-profit board member, and for more than fifteen years has been an education & quality improvement entrepreneur, through her company, Owens Burton Consulting. She is also currently an adjunct instructor in the Social Sciences Department at Delaware Technical Community College.
