Taekwondo, Hapkido,QI Gong Therapy, WU Shu Kung Fu, Wooden Dummy, TaiChi, etc... and many others.My Name is Mitchell Tonelson and I was in a coma for 7 weeks 5 years ago because I had  pneumonia and a blood clot. When I woke up I had to be on a walker for one year to learn how to walk again. Then Master Kim healed me with Qi Gong Massage Therapy  and Stretching, QI Gong breathing, Qi Gong exercises, work out with Wooden Dummy  Master Kim Style cardio Workout, Cardio Punching and push ups and Stances and Tiger Forms Kata and weight training and diet all helped me to get good numbers on my Physical. He helped me get 75 % of my health back and I am on the right path to healing  my body to reach 100% and being healthy by doing my own book that I wrote called Living Healthy. This is a Self Help Book where you can write down your results and succeed in getting healthy by doing this book called Living Healthy.
