Mike realized his love and passion for leading, guiding, coaching, and mentoring others very early. For over 25 years, Mike has led hundreds of team members, driving the successful delivery of major programs.
Mike realized that while contributing to an organization can bring much success, his passion was focused on being a coach and mentor, driving teams to grow, and motivating new leaders within the organizations where he has worked. Through many years, Mike has focused his work on motivating the key contributors to each team, as well as coaching the leads and managers on his team to grow in their careers as well.
Through a very long career in IT, Mike realized that lessons in leadership and success can be taken from both good and bad leaders. He has developed successful programs that capitalize on both the good and the bad things taken from over two decades of corporate career experiences.
Mike began writing technical documents for multiple publications in 2011 and began speaking at multiple conferences and events in 2012. Since then, Mike has shared his experiences across five continents and multiple countries.
