Kate has been writing in various formats since childhood; neighborhood plays, children's stories, lyrics, and poetry. She has a degree in business management but retired from the workforce early due to multiple sclerosis related cognitive issues. Kate now tries to manage herself/her health which is a full-time job.
She makes her best attempts to stay focused and productive by tending to a small magical fairy garden, attempting to keep a real (vegetable) garden alive, completing daily tasks without some kind of injury, and writing down fleeting words of inspiration with the hopes they will become something brilliant.
