Dear friends,

I am thrilled to announce that my long-awaited inspirational memoir, Journey to Joy, is available for purchase! My book is available on many online sites, including Amazon, B & N, as well as in many bookstores. I’m excited to have you join me on this transformative journey.

I have long harbored the desire to share my story – to pour my heart and soul onto the pages of a book. I would type away at my computer, hoping that one day I would summon the courage to turn my dream into reality. But self-doubt often crept in, and the belief that “I'm not good enough” haunted me – a false narrative I have carried throughout my life. My lack of self-confidence and an abundance of self-criticism kept me from embracing my voice, my story.

But the spirit will always rise. When the overwhelming desire to share my story resurfaced, I slammed the door on negativity and doubt. I wrapped my arms around the unwavering calling to share the lessons I've learned and the obstacles I've overcome to inspire and empower others who face similar struggles of adversity and loss. I yearned for my story to pave the way to acceptance, forgiveness, healing, growth, peace, and, ultimately, joy.

So, I picked up my pen once again, this time starving my inner critic and nourishing the confident, powerful woman within. Writing this book has been a challenging process – far more demanding than I ever imagined. As I poured my stories onto the pages, I rediscovered a brave and bold little girl, a broken, yet determined young mother fighting to reclaim her self-worth, and an emerging woman who discovered firsthand that pain and loss are part of every human journey. I uplifted the wiser, middle-aged version of myself who loves yoga. Writing her story, I made peace with all her imperfections, celebrated her courage, and embraced her authenticity.

My book is a testament to the power of resilience, the transformative nature of personal growth, and the pursuit of joy in the face of adversity.
