About the Author

Stories have provided a place of sanctuary for Maki, so it was a natural progression for her to want to create stories of her own. By day, Maki is a creative director in Northern California, providing marketing services to corporations, authors, and publishers. At night, she escapes into superbly crafted stories written by amazing authors that inspire her to keep on writing. She also holds Certified Professional Accreditations in Sake and Wine.
