Remembering her own personal struggles as a young African-Canadian girl, Ms Ndongmo recognized the need for reading materials geared towards children that would inspire them to love and appreciate their own beauty and uniqueness. Her first children's book titled 'Loving Me' was met with great success and then she released 'Boy! I Am Loving Me!' as per parents' requests. The series went on to win several awards including the 2014 My People Caribbean Canadian Literary Award! 'The Loving Me Song' is now available on iTunes!
