Professionally she has worked as a Four Seasons trained pastry chef, copywriter, and a hoard organization specialist, and has also served as an addiction sponsor, a mentor, and a counseling intern at Dallas Life Homeless Shelter.
Amy has earned an MABC from DTS, and focused on Sociology, Family Studies, and English in her undergraduate work. She is a CAI trained Life Coach and is breaking into a career in Addiction Counseling.
She shares a tiny apartment with her husband, Jim and their rescue dog, Darla in Dallas, Texas.
