Maria de Lourdes Coss, MPA, CPPO - enjoys spending time with her daughter traveling, hiking, and trying new restaurants.
She started her business, M. L. Coss and Associates, LLC, after retiring from a 27-year career in procurement. Lourdes spent two decades of her career leading transformations. She now leverages her experience and other training to help individuals and organizations achieve higher performance.
Lourdes is a certified John Maxwell coach, speaker, trainer, consultant, a D.I.S.C. Personality Consultant and Emotional Intelligence Consultant. She is also a Licensed Brain Trainer and Neuroencoding Specialist.
Lourdes graduated magna cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico and received her MPA from Florida State University. She served in several boards, including the NIGP Board.
She is the recipient of the 2016 Spirit of NIGP Award and the 2018 NIGP Integrity Award. Thinkers360 recognized her as one of the top 100 Women Thought Leaders to Follow in 2020 and in 2021 as one of the top 25 Procurement Thought Leader and Influencer.
