Stewart, PhD is a professor at Southern Illinois University’s School of Management and Marketing within the College of Business and Analytics within the Master of Public Administration Program. Her area of expertise is public budgeting and financial management, and her research has been published in journals such as Public Budgeting and Finance, Journal of Public Budgeting, Accounting & Financial Management, and Administration & Society.
