Joanie Sanches makes her home in the enchanting town of Ashland, Oregon, where creativity seems to bloom as naturally as the surrounding forests. On weekends—and often in the quiet, magical hours before dawn—you’ll find her tucked away in her beloved woman‑cave, crafting the next chapter of her ongoing literary journey.
Joanie is the author of two captivating novels, A Brush with Truth and An Uncertain Legacy, with the third book in her series currently in the works. Her stories blend emotional depth, mystery, and heartfelt human connection—qualities that reflect the way she moves through the world.
When she’s seeking inspiration, Joanie loves to slip away on impromptu road trips with her husband, wander Ashland’s charming streets, or lose herself in long walks in the meditative rhythm of nature. She treasures deep, meaningful conversations and the simple magic of small‑town life, all of which find their way into her writing.
Joanie’s work invites readers to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover the beauty in truth, legacy, and the ties that bind us.
