Jermaine E. Martin is an author, entrepreneur,
and the founder of Real
American Spirit®.
He was born and raised by a single mom in a public housing project in our Nation’s
Capital of Washington, D.C. During his early childhood, Martin witnessed
firsthand the rough and most challenging sides of life. With drugs, crime,
violence, and limited resources being a part of everyday life, he refused to allow
his circumstances to define him or who he could become. The mindset of not blaming
others or playing the victim has stuck with him throughout his life.
Through God’s grace and hard work, Martin
went on to graduate from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in
Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Today,
Jermaine E. Martin is a grateful, patriotic American who has a passion for
empowering others to pursue their God given potential. Through his Real American Spirit®
movement and brand,
