About the Author

Author Jenny Goff is a writer, sailor, holistic chef, and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who stewards a regenerative farm with her husband and two daughters on Whidbey Island. She and her family raise turkeys, chickens, goats, sheep, and pigs among the hundreds of trees they've planted in their pasture. The manure that doesn't go directly on the earth is made into compost for their large vegetable garden.
