News

"Debut author Jennifer Blackburn claims two things are incontrovertible: “History repeats itself and change is constant.” She immediately challenges her audience with this paradox in her meticulous exploration of the current state of American politics, while exhorting readers to be change agents in redefining the “American Ideal.” Through mixing history, anecdotes, and opinion, Blackburn skillfully combines America's past with the present cultural moment."-- BookLife Reviews for Publishers Weekly
