Pastor Ingrid
Ryan-Ruben is Pastor and Senior Mother at St Cecelia’s Spiritual Baptist Church
and Healing School Fyzabad, Trinidad West Indies. Pastor Ryan-Ruben is
President of the Margaret Ryan Spiritual Sanctuary a Non-Profit Organisation
which comprises The St Cecelia S.B. Church, The Academy of Grace and a Marian
Worship Center. The Academy of Grace is
an Institute for spiritual development which has been operational since 2007.
Pastor Ryan-Ruben is
also a theologian trained at the Seminary of St Vianney and the Ugandan Martyrs.
She continues to seek to empower especially SB practitioners with knowledge of
the source of their spiritual essence. An ardent researcher Pastor Ryan-Ruben
continues to study write and publish works about the SB Faith and its
traditions.
Pastor Ryan-Ruben who has recently retired after
thirty-nine plus years in the public service holds a Masters degree in Public
Management (Summa Cum Laude), and Bachelor’s degrees in Social Work, (Upper
Second Class Hons) and Theology (First Class honours) UWI St Augustine. She is
also fairly fluent in Spanish, having studied and lived in a Spanish speaking
country.
