Greg joined the US Navy when he was 17 and spent almost an entire year in schools before reporting to his first submarine, including electronics, electrical theory, and sonar theory and maintenance. He served 3 sea tours on 2 different submarines and spent every shore duty assignment as an instructor. It was the most rewarding part of his career, and he received several high-level awards for his ability to teach complex information to his classes regardless of knowledge level. He was awarded the title of Master Training Specialist and continues to use those techniques to build renewable industry training programs.
