From an early age, Geraldo wanted to be an Architect, studying the trade in High School and in College, but the Navy had other plans. During his second enlistment he was assigned to teach electronics at the Naval Training Center, San Diego. This turning point redirected him to a career in teaching which has lasted the past 41 years. He has taught in the Navy, College, Corporate America, and High School.
Geraldo began writing training material while serving and teaching in the Navy, receiving the Meritorious Unit Citation for his participation in curriculum development. He wrote technical manuals and computer courses for computer training companies and co-authored user manuals for the computer industry. He has written course materials and computer courses for the High School classes that he has taught over the past 18 years.
As he approaches retirement form over four decades of teaching, he has begun transitioning to being a semi-retired Author. He has turned his focus from writing training materials to writing short stories and novels.
