 Janie Sosa Gil born Jane Marie Sosa in Middletown, New York in 1956, daughter of a Puerto Rican veteran and his beautiful wife of English, Sottish, Germany and Dutch ethnicity.  Janie married her husband Felix November 18,1972 and are about to celebrate their 50th anniversary. They have 4 sons, Felix, Antonio, Erik and Victor and 17 grandchildren, ages ranging from 7 months to 26 years old. In 2019 Janie retired as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in a retail pharmacy after 20 years. She has a diploma in Christian Ministry and Theology from the Assemblies of God Bible Institute and has worked with Children's Ministry. She has a Teacher's Certification in Christian Education. Janie has been a Sunday School teacher for approximately 25 years, teaching children and adults alike. One of her passions is worship. She is part of the worship of her congregation. She has experienced God's goodness and faithfulness throughout her lifetime and has seen Him move in many ways. She has written and directed Bible based skits and plays for children and adults. Janie is very family oriented. She enjoys spending time with her family, preparing special meals and get togethers. Janie is a cancer survivor, having been diagnosed with breast cancer In November 1995. She has been cancer free for 27 years. She lives with her husband Felix in Vineland, New Jersey since 2002. She is a caregiver to her mother and nephew. In her spare time, she enjoys working on genealogy. Psalms 27 is her favorite Psalm, and her favorite bible verse is " As for me and my house we will serve The Lord" Joshua 24:15. Her favorite sayings are: "All that The Lord has done for me has been good" and "No matter what happens in life, remember, God always has a plan!"
