Emily Sims was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She loves spending time with her family and friends, and truly does believe that it takes a village, so she's happy to have the support system that surrounds her. Emily has always had a passion for writing and wants to create books that bring joy to families everywhere. Although she just wrote her first children's book, she plans to write on a variety of topics in the coming years. Emily loves spending the majority of her time with her husband, three boys, four dogs, and little lizard.
