Scott Peterson was born and raised in the Seattle area by parents who enjoyed cooking natural health foods. Scott has been a vegetarian cook since 1979 cooking for meditation groups, guests, and courses mostly in North America, and India, including three years cooking in a meditation ashram in the Himalayas. This book is the culmination of Scott's cooking experience creating and revising recipes incorporating Ayurvedic principles of cooking to enhance our favorite cuisines around the world.
